The Bloopr Independent Film Fund

Bloopr exists to look after the films you already own. The Independent Film Fund is the other half of that promise: a pot raised by collectors, held in the open, and given to independent filmmakers to help the next films get made.

Nothing is taken from anyone's collection and nothing is hidden. What is raised is published here, what is awarded is listed below, and the filmmakers who receive it are named.

Give to the fund

Put something in the pot

Gifts go into the Bloopr Independent Film Fund, which supports independent filmmakers. A gift is given on its own: you do not need to be a Founding Supporter to give, and giving opens nothing extra in the app.

One-off gifts only. A gift is recorded separately from the Founding Supporter purchase, and giving does not change your app access.

Applying to the fund

If you are making an independent film

The fund is for independent features and shorts in development, production or post. If you are making one, tell us about the film, who is making it, what it will cost to finish, and what money from the fund would pay for.

Applications and awards are handled by the fund directly. Write to us and we will set out how the fund is run, and where your film stands.
